Soul7 Squares were designed to be eaten on their own. However, our consumers have taught us new ways to enjoy our squares. Please share how you eat your squares.

Toast It:

Our squares can be cut in half then popped in the toaster.   They are great with peanut butter, nut butters, cream cheese, jam, any topping that you can think of!

 

Top It:

If you are looking to add a “little something” to your squares, we are often told adding Greek yogurt and fruit to our squares is a great breakfast.  With the yogurt and all the protein in our squares you really do not feel hungry till lunch.   Kids love (and adults too!) our Cheery Very Berry squares as a healthy, fruit filled pancake. Simply cut up your square into pieces, warm up in the microwave if you like and add some maple syrup, and fruit and even a dollop of whipped cream or yogurt, Your kids will love this one!   For a healthier option, whipped avocado spread on the top of a square and sprinkled with some hemp hearts or your favorite nuts or seeds, great lunch idea.

 

Mix It:

A square into a smoothie…yup!   Pick you favorite square, pop it in your blender, add some type of liquid (oat milk, almond milk, juice), fruit, fresh or frozen and a bit of Greek yogurt and you are good to go.  Amazing way to get your protein after a workout or on your way into work.  Chocolate  Wonder square with strawberries is great or Orange Mango Tango squares with mango and orange juice.

 

Indulge It:

We are not just about healthy options; everyone needs a sweet treat once in awhile!  Something quick and easy when you want dessert but don’t have the time; warm up a square and add your favorite frozen yogurt, sorbet or ice cream, even a little chocolate or caramel sauce adds a bit of decadence.   Or if you want to impress, our Lovely Lemon “cake” is sure to be a hit, and you are still getting your fruits and veggies in!
